Apprentice IT specialist (m/f/x) for digital networking

The apprenticeship covers:

  • Working on the interfaces that connect our IT solutions with our customers’ systems.
  • Learning how to resolve customer problems or system failures by checking the system and consulting with your colleagues in IT support.
  • Learning how to resolve customer problems or system failures by checking the system and consulting with your colleagues in IT support.
  • Responding to customer inquiries by email, phone or through our ticket system.
  • Supporting the project commissioning process by developing test strategies, testing our software and working closely with the project management team.
