Rentals / Leasings

You can enter, issue and return articles in the system and specify a rental/leasing period.

The articles or equipment can be reserved in advance. The system monitors rented articles, trackes third-party goods while they are located outside of the warehouse and reports back the number of rental days to the system. QS assurance checks are triggered and a history of the rental articles is maintained.

If serious defects are detected, an interface record can be sent to the host system (this rewuired the Data converter module). A goods receipt or goods issue slip can be printed indicating the condition of the equipment, any previous damage, and so on.
