Sample check at goods receipt

Sample checking is carried out as part of the quality management process at goods receipt. 
First, the conditions for performing a sample check at goods receipt are defined in the sample check configuration. These conditions are defined in the purchase order item, supplier master or article master. A supplier-specific time period can be defined, for example, as well as the frequency of the checks. If the conditions are fulfilled, the employee must carry out the sample check at the I-point before the goods can be created in the system and put away.
