Relevant module: PROLAG®World Basic package (100-01)

Benefits: PROLAG®World can now evaluate not only how long it takes to post a transport order in the system but also the lead time.

Description: If configured, not only the time taken to post each purchase order item is written to the history, but also each load unit/incoming purchase order item. There is a new booking transaction called "time recording GR (goods receipt)".

The time at which the stock is collected is stored in a new field in the transport order called “transport start time”. When the goods are set down at the destination, the duration of the transport of the goods in seconds is written to the fields “lead time since start of processing” and “lead time since start of processing/sec." in the history with booking transaction "EIN" (IN) and "TransportierenEin" (TransportIN).

Your employees can select load units with predefined sectoring variants at goods receipt (I-point). PROLAG®World then shows them which sector of the LU to place the stock on. Sectoring is more precise than the mixed LU method in terms of determining exactly where on the LU the stock is to be placed.

Optionally, a picking control can be specified in the picking type, which is entered (overwritten) in the selected orders when the analysis is confirmed. After order analysis, a scheduled task for the reservation can be called (as before). There are three new fields for the new function, the configuration order analysis item, configuration order analysis and picking type.

Only stock from the same stock group is packed in the inner packagings. Which stock attributes form a stock group is configurable. The ID and the current stock group of the inner packaging is displayed in the "parcel contents" column in the packing unit table. As soon as an inner packaging has been successfully closed, a contents list of the contents of the inner packaging and a stock group label are printed (if the stock is assigned to a stock group). Only one packing unit can be open at a time. Before a second packing unit is created, the first one must be closed.

Relevant module: Packing area (403-01)

Break - resource management

Relevant module: Resource management (205-12)

Benefits: It is now possible to enter breaks on the mobile device.

Description: The new process can be accessed via the menu item 'break'. Time recording starts automatically and can be ended via the 'end break' button or by choosing 'back'. During the break, a timer shows how much time has already elapsed. Once the break has ended, a history entry is created under the booking transaction 'break', in which the start of the break (reserve 1), the end of the break (reserve 2) and the duration of the break (lead time) are recorded. If the mobile device has been disconnected by PROLAG®World, a corresponding note (text) is added to the history entry.

Example: At the start of the break (14:22:32), the 'break' sequence is started. Time recording starts automatically and some time elapses. At the end of the break (14:53:38), the timer shows a duration of 31:06. The sequence ends at this point and a history entry is created.

History entry:

Reserve 1: 04.08.2021 14:22:32.410

Reserve 2: 04.08.2021 14:53:38.136
