Business Developer / Sales Manager (m/f/x) - BENELUX

As part of our internationalisation strategy, we’re currently expanding our business in Benelux and are looking for a Business Developer/Sales Manager.
After an intensive onboarding program at our head office near Munich, you will have the option of working from home or in an office close to where you live.

Job profile:

• You will be responsible for developing our business across the Netherlands, Belgium and Luxembourg. This will include sales acquisition, strategic branch expansion, support of existing customers, extension of our customer base/partner network, and support in creating a Dutch version of our documentation/sales presentations/website.
• Selling of our logistics software PROLAG World in Benelux, acquisition of intralogistics projects including developing of intralogistics strategies with customers and prospects based on our software products, provision of warehouse consultancy services, offer preparation and follow-up, attendance at trade fairs, conducting of price and contract negotiations, close cooperation with the marketing, inside sales and project management teams at CIM.
• Active involvement in the continuing internationalisation of our business and in establishing sales strategies for further international markets.

 

Your profile:


• You have a bachelor’s degree in logistics, industrial engineering, mathematics or an equivalent discipline
• You’re fluent in German, English and Dutch
• You have experience in sales and enjoy working independently
• You’re motivated by the challenge of expanding into new markets and establishing new partnerships and networks
• You have the skills to work strategically and autonomously on market expansion, implement proactive market strategies and build a sales network
• You have excellent communication and organisational skills
• Practical experience of working with logistics software is desirable
• You’re sociable and outgoing and are willing to take an active role within our team
