The provisioning phase during rollout of PROLAG World comprises implementation of the customized configurations and modules in the customer’s operational environment. This includes installing the software, configuring hardware, networks and databases as well as performing a system integration check. Careful provisioning ensures optimal performance of the WMS and seamless data exchange. Once this phase is complete, the system is fully operational and ready to efficiently support your warehouse processes.
During the testing phase, the warehouse management software undergoes a stringent review process. It is possible for just one part of the system to go into operation, or the final go-live can take place once all iterations have been completed. During the acceptance phase, the functionality and performance of the system are evaluated to ensure that all expectations are met. This step is a critical milestone, marking the official readiness of the WMS to efficiently support your warehouse processes.
