We’re currently looking for an IT support specialist to be based in Fürstenfeldbruck, Munich, Berlin, Münster or remotely.
Your tasks:
• Providing support for our warehouse management software and help operate our service hotline.
• Resolving tickets independently and take a proactive approach to customer inquiries.
• Handling customer inquiries in a friendly and competent manner, primarily by email, phone or via our ticket system.
• Resolving customer issues by checking the system and consulting with colleagues.
• Working closely with the development and project management teams to find the best possible solution for our customers.
• Taking on responsibility for cross-team tasks such as rotating leadership of jour fixe meetings or defining and auditing processes.
Your profile:
• A bachelor’s degree in logistics, industrial engineering, mathematics or an equivalent discipline, or an apprenticeship as a warehouse logistics specialist or similar
• Relevant work experience in IT support.
• A genuine interest in logistics processes and an understanding of the fundamentals of logistics software and process architecture.
• A strong customer focus – you enjoy dealing with people and work well in a team.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• English language proficiency.
