Your tasks:
- Evaluation, testing and configuration of mobile devices, industrial tablet PCs, etc. for our customers.
- Providing on-site or remote support for system updates or in the event of network, phone system or server landscape issues.
- In-house IT support.
- In-house JIRA support and maintenance of Atlassian platforms (Jira, Jira Service Desk, Confluence).
Your profile:
- You have completed an apprenticeship in system administration, information technology or an equivalent discipline.
- nowledge of Vmware, Windows operating systems, Active Directory, SQL Server, Jira, Jira Service Desk, Confluence and network administration.
- You are open and communicative and enjoy new challenges.
