Control centre

The control centre supports the warehouse manager with:

  • Planning releases
  • Monitoring the forklifts and the picking process in the warehouse
  • Optimising the release of shipments
  • Scheduling of releases (not included)
Control centre

The control centre lets you intervene manually in warehouse processes. You can reserve goods for delivery orders automatically in the warehouse or manually start picking. Manually controlled picking waves can be triggered overriding the automatic controls.

Event monitoring with the control centre displays a graph of open and completed orders in PROLAG®World. The worklist showing the orders is visualised in four areas with eight different selectable moduses.

In addition, the remaining processing time in hours is calculated and displayed for existing orders. The system calculates and displays the number of employees that are currently logged in. This is used to calculate the finishing time for the orders. By entering a finishing time, the number of employees required to complete order processing can be completed.
