Dekitting/Disassembly

Using the Dekitting/Disassembly module, finished parts or sets can be dismantled into their individual components. The finished part is requested through a disassembly order, and dismantled into its individual components/raw materials according to the bill of material in PROLAG®World. The individual components are either returned to stock or scrapped and removed from the system. The bill of material can be configured to determine whether the raw materials can be reused at all after disassembly or only partially reused
Dekitting/Disassembly

Example: The Dekitting/Disassembly module is important if you have finished parts in storage which are no longer required. They can be split into their raw material components and used elsewhere.
