Consignment management

Consignment numbers are maintained at stock putaway and retrieval. Consignments transferred from the host system can be assigned a consignment number before they are placed in storage. The consignment number is saved permanently using the ‘Consignment management’ module. The number can be entered at stock retrieval in order to retrieve a specific consignment (provided that an appropriate retrieval strategy has been selected).
