Clean room management

Some rooms can only be accessed by designated persons who have specific qualifications or equipment. Certain heating processes require the relevant personnel to wear rubber suits or masks as protection, and suits or masks may be required in the medical sector in order to protect the products.
The clean room management module automates these requirements: configuration settings can be made in PROLAG^®World to determine that only persons with a specific qualification can enter a certain area. A special area can be created and only assigned to selected users based on when a user last attended a relevant training course, for example. After scanning their ID, users are guided to the room with the relevant instructions and must confirm these instructions.

A clean room air shower can be specified as the handover location for goods, including goods from production.
