Empty pallet return

Load units (LUs), once empty, are usually taken away by the pickers responsible for emptying the load unit. Sometimes pickers cannot take the load unit away, for example because they are on foot and not using a forklift. Over time, the number of empty load units blocking shelves that would otherwise be free accumulate (they are occupied by a pallet in the system).
