Event organiser EUROEXPO announced their decision on Wednesday evening to cancel LogiMAT 2020. The cancellation due to an official injunction amid concerns over the coronavirus means that CIM GmbH will no longer have the opportunity to showcase the newest features in their intralogistics software. The company has therefore decided to bring personal consulting services to the web.

“We’re very disappointed that the trade fair has been cancelled as we were looking forward to showing visitors the latest developments in PROLAG®World as well as our brand-new interface design”, says Martina Schilling, event manager at CIM GmbH. “However, we fully understand the decision, and the top priority for us is to protect the health and well-being of our customers, employees and all other participants.”

CIM has already focused on online consulting in the past in order to respond quickly and flexibly to the concerns of customers and contacts. New features in the warehouse management software PROLAG®World are presented in webinars or online conferences. There are also regular webinars and discussion sessions on existing functionality. The CIM team is seizing on the cancelled trade fair as an opportunity to further intensify these digital consulting services.

The company’s website provides information on some of the innovations and highlights due to be presented at LogiMAT 2020. Webinars and video conferences offer an additional unique opportunity for dialogue and exchange of ideas with CIM’s logistics experts.
