A total of 9,000.00 euros were raised by the Maisach runners. The sum will go to a primary school in Koutandiégou, Togo. Maisach has a long history of partnership with the school system in Koutandiégou and has even helped improve school attendance numbers to the extent that a new school building was needed for the primary school in Togo.
Sustainability and social commitment as integral components of our philosophy
CIM sees social commitment as a core component of its corporate stance on sustainability. For some years now, the company has been working closely with WEMA-Home e. V., which has initiated and sponsored several projects in Benin. “We also try to give regular support to a project located in our direct vicinity. And given that the children of several CIM employees attend the Orlando-di-Lasso school, this project was an obvious choice”, says Daniel Wöhr from CIM’s press and marketing department.
