  • Scales interface: a scales connected to PROLAG®World guarantees accurate weighing in production
  • Raw materials are staged using a circulatory picking system (carousel), return to storage of residual quantities after raw material retrieval; RF scanner tells user which materials to retrive
  • PROLAG®World manages the filling process: after production, reagents are bottled and put into storage; reagents are staged for filling using a circulatory picking system or carousel (a relocation is generated to return residual quantities to the cold storage area) PROLAG®World determines the filling sequence
  • pH value is measured over an interface connected to a pH meter
  • Kitting/set building: PROLAG®World manages the creation of sets consisting of filled bottles, various package inserts, folding boxes, insertions and labels for folding boxes
  • Two-step picking and multi-order picking
  • Global processes: batch management and batch tracking, expiry date management, quality as surance/quarantine, replenishment of picking warehouses
  • Forklift routing system: Megamat is integrated into the forklift routing system for route optimisation and optimised picking through multi-ordering
