Release notes 3.1.3

1. PROLAG®World Basic Package

I-point: global filter field for SSCC search

Relevant module: Basic package (100-01)

Benefits: Allows a faster and easier search at the I-point.

Description: It is now possible to search for a purchase order item in the global filter field by entering or scanning the SSCC number (Serial Shipping Container Code). Since the SSCC is a unique number, the relevant purchase order item can be found with one single scan. The prerequisite is that the SSCC has already been entered in the purchase order item or transmitted from the host.

2. PROLAG®Go – Mobile Processes

CE certificates at goods issue

Relevant module: PROLAG®Go - Mobile Processes (30X) and Certificate Management (209-13)

Benefits: When goods are relocated within the warehouse or removed from storage, a CE certificate can be printed for a subset of the goods and attached accordingly. If all of the goods are removed from storage, the CE certificate needs to be confirmed.

Description: If goods with a CE certificate are removed from storage, the CE certificate must be checked and confirmed. If only a subset of goods with a CE certificate is retrieved, this subset requires a new certificate. Once a printer station has been selected, certificates are printed for all goods subsets being removed from storage. The certificates must be taken to the picking station where the picker confirms that they have been attached to the goods. The order of printing corresponds to the sequence in which the goods are subsequently picked. In the case of two-step picking, a CE certificate is printed for each subset of goods.
