Special values for template filters
Relevant module: 100-01 Basic packageBenefits:When filters are set in the templates, dynamic special values can be used to find records for specific time periods.
Description:The following special values can be used in the advanced filter in all templates to find data for a specific time period:
today
tomorrow
yesterday
now
current time
current week
current month
current quarter
current half year
current year
Nearly all special values can be shifted as desired. These filters are ideal for performing evaluations in the system (for example, in the dashboard). With regard to internationalisation, language-dependent texts are available for each special value (enum).
Example:You want to look for all delivery orders that have already been shipped or will be shipped next month. Create the following filter in the "delivery order” template:
- delivery date>= current month + 1 month

Hazardous goods points in the shipment

Benefits:
The hazardous goods points are known early on in the process allowing for better planning, since the qualifications and equipment needed to transport the goods can be assessed in advance.
Description:
The hazardous goods points for all relevant goods are specified in the shipment.
Example:
Before all packages are loaded and the transport document is printed, the hazardous goods points in the shipment already give an indication that the personnel needed to handle the transport will not require a particularly high level of training.
