What the apprenticeship covers:

  • Independently designing and implementing systems by seamlessly coupling hardware and software components with the customer interface
  • Installing systems and training end-users
  • Efficiently resolving system issues for internal and external users via email, phone or through our ticketing system
  • Developing skills for troubleshooting IT networking issues
  • Supporting the project execution process by developing test strategies, testing our software and working closely with the project management team

Your skills:

  • Technical and analytical skills (installing and maintaining hardware components, for instance)
  • Strong communication and teamwork skills plus the ability to work independently
  • Good people skills
  • A passion for problem-solving and a willingness to take on new challenges
  • School leaving certificate (Mittlere Reife, Fachabitur or Abitur)
