What the apprenticeship covers:

• Getting to know different departments (Administration, Human Resources, Accounting & Controlling, Purchasing, Sales)
• Supporting organizational and administrative tasks
• Communicating with customers and suppliers via email and phone
• Preparing and processing data and information
• Planning, organizing, and implementing projects and workflows

Your skills:

• A customer-centric approach and good people skills
• Team spirit, reliability and the ability to work independently
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Organizational skills and the ability to create structure and order
• A passion for digital tools and media
• School leaving certificate (Mittlere Reife, Fachabitur or Abitur)
