As part of our internationalization strategy, we are currently expanding our business in the Benelux region and are looking for a business development manager/sales manager.
After an intensive onboarding program at our head office near Munich, you will have the option of working from home or a dedicated office can be established in your local vicinity.

Job description

  • Expanding our presence in the Benelux region (Netherlands, Belgium, Luxembourg):
    Sales acquisition, strategic planning for branch expansion, customer relationship management, building a customer base and partner network, supporting the creation of Dutch-language materials, website, presentations, etc.
  • Selling our logistics software, PROLAG World, in the Benelux region:
    Acquiring intralogistics projects, including developing intralogistics strategies with prospects and customers based on our software products, warehouse process consulting, preparing and following up on offers, attending trade fairs, conducting price negotiations, and closely collaborating with colleagues in marketing, inside sales, and project management at CIM.
  • Contributing to further internationalization efforts and establishing sales in additional global markets.

Your Skills

  • A degree in logistics, industrial engineering, mathematics, or a comparable qualification
  • Fluent in German, English, and Dutch
  • Experience working independently and in sales
  • High motivation and enthusiasm for building a new market, creating partnerships, and developing networks
  • Strategic, proactive approach to market development and sales network building
  • Strong communication and organizational skills
  • Knowledge or practical experience with logistics software is desirable
  • Team spirit, sociability, and a willingness to actively contribute
