Then you’re just the person we need for our trainee project management program at our company headquarters in Fürstenfeldbruck near Munich.
The18-month program is ideal preparation for the role of project manager (m/f/x) for logistics software projects. The first 15 months will be spent in the quality assurance department getting to know our software inside out – the tools of the trade for all our project managers. You will take on tasks such as testing our software as part of a scrum team, writing documentation and conducting customer training sessions. You will then gradually transition to project management tasks under the guidance of a dedicated mentor. After the first 12 months, you will have the option of working from our office in Münster.

Job description
- Testing our software as part of a scrum team, documenting new developments and providing customer training
- Supporting our project managers in implementing projects and with on-site appointments
- Taking on technical and administrative project management tasks (after the initial onboarding phase)
- Writing detailed requirements specification documentation
- Proposing process definitions to support software development
- Software configuration, testing, support and implementation of our warehouse management software
Your skills
- A bachelor’s degree in logistics, industrial engineering, mathematics or equivalent, or a comparable qualification
- A genuine interest in logistics processes, and an understanding of the fundamentals of software and process architecture
- Excellent analytical skills and a systematic approach to problem-solving
- You enjoy working independently, you’re open to feedback and constructive criticism, you show a high level of commitment and have excellent communication skills
