Next generation takes the helm after 39 years

The handover of management to Friederike Kammann and Hannelore Mayr marks a significant moment in CIM’s history. As the daughters of company founders Fritz and Franziska Mayr, they have both gathered extensive experience in various roles within the company over the past decade, bringing an in-depth understanding of the industry as well as a clear vision for the future. "It’s a great honour for us to take over the reins at CIM and continue our parents’ legacy," say Friederike and Hannelore. "We’re firmly committed to upholding the traditions and values established by our parents while creating new momentum to ensure the company’s continued success."

We have created several release notes throughout 2024 describing a variety of new features and improvements. In 2024, we have once again upgrade PROLAG World with various new features and functions. These enhancements provide our customers with even more options for optimizing their warehouse management processes, further boosting efficiency and flexibility.

One new function we would particularly like to highlight is warehouse billing plus. This extension to warehousing cost management in PROLAG World enables swift processing of service invoices. Thanks to the high level of flexibility, individual requirements for full warehouse invoicing can be implemented efficiently and effortlessly.

Another stand-out feature is the enhanced packing area complete with new functions offering an efficient and flexible solution for the packing process. These functions enable intuitive control of all packing steps, optimizing processes and workflows in the warehouse. Thanks to the high level of flexibility, companies can implement individual shipping requirements accurately and with minimal effort.
