Above-average representation of women in key positions
Just over 17 per cent of employees in the IT sector in Germany are women. We are proud to report double this figure at CIM, with 34% of our team being made up of female employees – and we are actively working to increase this percentage even further. From software development and project management to quality assurance, marketing and management, we believe in diversity and fostering talent regardless of gender. The high percentage of females in our workforce proves that women in IT and logistics are no longer on the sidelines, but are actively contributing to innovation and shaping the future of these industries.
Our female colleagues bring more than just professional expertise – they contribute fresh perspectives, creative ideas and innovative solutions. Diversity is the key to success, especially for/in the context of complex problems.
We are proud to promote a work culture built on equal opportunities and mutual appreciation. A balanced team, where different skills and perspectives come together, fuels innovation and ensures long-term success – not just for us as a company but for our customers as well.
